Revision policy

PenMyPaper is not oblivious of the fact that many projects are quite complex and thereby upholds the provision of revisions, even unlimited number of times if circumstances allow; which remains valid after the handover date to a month or 180 days following the handover of final paper. It is within this time frame that the clients should inform the quality control team regarding any revisions that may be required on our end. You can also leave a message through our interactive dashboard directly to the writer for your revision.

However, this is subject to certain regulations that can be outlined as follows:

PenMyPaper shall entertain only those revisions where the editor has not abided by the instructions.

In case of additional instructions and information submitted later are liable to be charged for fresh incorporations.

When there have been no demands for revisions for 180 days from the day of the delivery of the academic paper, PenMyPaper will assume that the client is satisfied with all aspects of the work.

Revisions asked after the passing of the aforementioned 180 days are liable to be charged.

Refund Policy

PenMyPaper has a very easy-to-use refund policy that can be availed by our clients with subject to certain regulations.

We do not wish to confuse our clients with discreetly written "conditions apply" quotations that ultimately generate loopholes in the policy that usually does not offer what they preach. The regulations outlined in this policy are simple as mentioned below:

If there is any discrepancy in a project from our end, like non-compliance with a given instruction, improper revisions, plagiarism in the content, improper formatting or major grammatical mistakes and delayed submission of an order without proper communications or reasons behind the delay, then the client can initiate a refund claim with us at our website.

The refund claim will only be entertained if the client can offer us accurate evidences in support of their claims, which will be further verified from our end to deem them valid.

A client can only claim a refund within 50 days from the date when the order was placed. In case if a claim is initiated beyond this mentioned period of time, it will not be entertained by us.
