Client contact details usage: PenMyPaper only uses the client contact details that they agree to share with us for processing the order. Other than that we may also use the contact information to notify our clients regarding any update in their order or any query regarding the assignment, in case if we should need further support on the instructions we contact our clients at a time convenient for them and to notify them about any changes in our policies, products or terms of service.

We may also send occasional emails letting our clients know of any special discount offers that we may be offering. But we do not share our client contact details or financial details like credit/debit card number etc. With any third party concern who is not authorized to gain access to such delicate details. We only store the details for a limited time in our server only, until the final delivery of the assignment is made from our end.

PenMyPaper does not reveal client's financial details to even their own employees unless they have authorization from the company administrators.
