Analysis of corporate strategy of Zara

This paper concerns with the corporate strategy of Zara. Five performance objectives of the company such as quality, speed, dependability, flexibility and cost. The external impacts of these five objectives in the organisation has also been described in the paper. Based on the discussion of this paper, it has been found that Zara has been able to improve its operational efficiency by successfully meeting its performance objectives.
