This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the management framework of Apple Inc. The fundamental objective is to understand the internal environment of the multinational corporation. The researcher will endeavor to highlight the leadership style exhibited by managers within the organization in order to manage a diverse workforce. Emphasis will also be given on the company’s organizational structure that supports a free flow of information in between the chain of commands.
